The apartment is located on the second floor of a colonial mansion surrounded by palm trees. Next to the house there is a park, which can be seen from one of the two terraces. A large common hall with sofas, armchairs, tables, and a plasma TV. Two large terraces with armchairs and tables.

The house has three apartments (two double and one triple). It is possible to add another bed to the double apartments. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings of 4 meters 60 cm. All rooms have their own shower rooms and toilets, air conditioners, refrigerators or minibars (stocked with soft drinks for an additional fee). TVs upon request.

Hot and cold water 24 hours a day. Apartment cleaning and floor washing — daily, change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. Breakfast for an additional fee — 5 CUC per person per day.
