The apartments are located on the second floor of the house, in a large corner apartment with balconies around the perimeter. The windows of all apartments overlook the park. The apartment has a large dining room, a spacious living room with leather sofas and armchairs, a TV room, and also an open-air patio with a table and chairs. The high ceilings — about 5 meters — create a lot of space.
There are a total of 4 apartments on two levels (one of the apartments is small in size and its entrance is through the kitchen). Each apartment has its own key, its own bathroom and toilet, and 2 apartments on the first level have a balcony. Each apartment has a split air conditioner, a fan, a family double bed (two of them have a standard extra bed for three guests, the small room has a single bed), a refrigerator or minibar (stocked with soft drinks, for an additional fee).
Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every day or upon request. Soap and toilet paper in every apartment. Breakfast is available for an additional fee — 5 CUC per person per day. Laundry services for personal clothes are provided — 4.5 CUC depending on the volume.
