The apartment is located on the second floor of the house with a balcony next to the famous café Bodeguita Del Medio, associated with the name of Ernest Hemingway. It consists of three individual rooms on two levels with a shared living room and kitchen. The living room has access to the balcony, a sofa, armchairs, and a plasma TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, stove with oven, sink, rice cooker, and a set of dishes in the cupboard.
Each room has its own key, its own bathroom and toilet, all with new plumbing and fresh renovation. All three rooms are equipped with split air conditioners and family double beds. One room is small in size, with the shower separated from the living space by a partition, while another room has a bathtub.
Each apartment has a split air conditioner, a family double bed (upon request, a small bed for a child can be provided), a wardrobe, and bedside tables. Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day. Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels every two days. Soap and toilet paper are provided in each apartment. Breakfast is available for an additional fee — 5 CUC per person per day. Laundry services for personal clothes are offered. The price of the apartment throughout the year is upon request; all three apartments can also be rented together as a three-room apartment — upon request.
