Our Story
Harmonia Tour was officially registered in Panama on November 16, 2015. Since then, we have been professionally managing inbound travel services across the Caribbean region, while also coordinating selected outbound programs to Spain, Italy, and the Maldives.
With established offices in Cuba and Panama City, and regional representatives in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we provide structured, on-the-ground destination management services for international travel partners and independent travelers alike.
Over the years, we have built long-term operational partnerships with hotels, licensed guides, transportation providers, and local tourism authorities. This allows us to ensure reliable coordination, punctual transfers, carefully planned excursions, and consistent service standards across destinations.
Today, Harmonia Tour is a team of 20 tourism professionals with extensive industry experience. Our expertise spans destination management, tour operations, group logistics, and multi-destination travel planning for Canadian, European, and Latin American markets.
A Message from the Founder & CEO
Tourism has been my professional focus for more than 15 years. My journey began in Havana, where I worked as an independent representative for travel agencies from Eastern Europe, coordinating operations across Cuba. Those early years gave me a deep understanding of the Caribbean — not only its beauty and culture, but also the operational discipline required to deliver reliable travel services in dynamic environments.
When I founded Harmonia Tour in 2015, my vision was clear: to build a structured and dependable travel company that combines operational reliability with genuine cultural connection throughout the Caribbean region.
