A large house surrounded by a park, with an inner patio, tropical garden, two independent gazebo areas, a separate bungalow on the property, and parking space for 4 cars. The house is located 10 meters from the Monte Barreto ecological park, 10 minutes from the Miramar Business Center, and 15 minutes from the Russian Embassy. The owners of the house were pre-revolutionary bankers – millionaires, and all rooms are exquisitely decorated in the Art Deco style. One of the owners’ sons is a famous Cuban impressionist painter, and his paintings also adorn the walls of the house. In the main building, in addition to the dining room with furniture made of expensive wood, the kitchen, lounge, and glazed terrace, there are three apartments. One of the apartments is decorated in the style of Fidel Castro’s study (this apartment has access to the bathroom through the corridor).
All apartments have spacious bathrooms, exits to their verandas and outdoor gazebos. Each apartment is isolated by a door and locked with its own key. All apartments have air conditioners, fans, LED TVs, minibars or refrigerators (stocked with soft drinks, for an additional fee), and one apartment has a hairdryer. The bungalow has two rooms: one standard with a double bed and its own bathroom, and the second is a two-story room consisting of a hall with a kitchen on the first floor, and a bedroom with a kitchen on the second.
Both rooms are fully furnished and equipped with appliances. There is an inner patio with a barbecue grill, a separate kitchen set, and tables with chairs. Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are provided daily. Soap and toilet paper are available in each apartment. Breakfast is available for an additional fee – 5 CUC or 6 CUC per person per day. Dinner and lunch can be ordered – the price varies from 12 to 16 CUC depending on the choice of dishes.
