Harmonia Tour
In harmony with the world —
In harmony with yourself

80 km south of the island of Cuba in the Caribbean Sea lies Cayo Largo, which is part of the Canarreos archipelago. This is the main Cuban diving center. The water here is warmer than on the northern coast of Cuba, and accordingly the underwater world is more diverse.

In the southern part of Cayo Largo are the main recreation areas. Their remoteness from Cuba, the absence of local population, and the diversity of animal and plant life have made these places a true tourist paradise, where one can relax in silence and away from civilization amidst untouched nature. The island’s main beaches are Blanca (the largest beach), Sirena, Lindamar, Luna, Tortugas, and Cocos. On Sirena beach, the sand consists of oolitic limestone granules that do not heat up even in the strongest heat.

In the coastal waters of Cayo Largo there are many sunken ships from the 16th–18th centuries, once sailed by pirates. There are more than 30 dive sites here, which can be grouped into three zones. The closest zone to the shore has a typical coral bottom with reefs and tunnels. As it extends from the shore, it drops to a depth of 30 m, where underwater cliffs begin. The second zone is located 30 km west of the island. The average diving depth here is about 20 m, and local corals have created real labyrinths through which tropical fish swim. 50 km northeast of the island lies the third zone with a great variety of coral walls descending to depths of 200 m.
