The house is conveniently located near all Vedado landmarks — the University, the Oncology Institute, 23rd Street, G Street — yet hidden away from the main traffic arteries. The apartments are spread across three floors: three on the first, three on the second, and one on the third floor — a large apartment with a balcony and sea view.
On the first floor, one of the apartments can be made independent with its own separate entrance and a hallway with a table and chairs. All other apartments share spacious dining rooms and kitchens (two apartments per hall). The furniture in the halls and apartments is antique and carved. Each apartment is isolated by a door and locked with its own key. Two apartments have extra beds to accommodate three tourists. All apartments have their own bathrooms and toilets, air conditioners, fans, televisions; on the first floor, rooms are equipped with massive wooden wardrobes, minibars (stocked with soft drinks, at an additional charge).
Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day. Daily cleaning and linen/towel change every 2 days. Soap and toilet paper in each apartment. Breakfast is available at an extra charge — 5 CUC per person per day. Laundry service for personal clothes is provided. Dinner and lunch can be ordered — prices range from 7 to 12 CUC depending on the choice of dishes. The price of a triple apartment year-round is $40.
