The apartment is located on the third floor of a house with a spacious foyer. The house is next to the Malecón, the RocPresidente, Melia Cohiba, Riviera hotels, and the Galereodel Paseo shopping center. The apartment has its own private entrance, separated from the rest of the flat by a door in the kitchen. There is a small private kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, table, and chairs. The bedroom has air conditioning, a fan, a family bed, a TV, and a dressing table. From the bedroom there is access to a shower room with a toilet and a washbasin.
Hot and cold water 24 hours a day. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 2 days. Breakfast is available at an additional cost — 5 CUC per person per day. An excellent budget option for isolated apartments.
