The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-level flat. It enjoys a convenient position opposite the university and next to the Colina hotel – the center of Havana’s youth and nightlife. On the first floor there is a small hall, a kitchen, and the room where the hostess lives – a sociable Cuban woman who helps guests both with the Spanish language and with getting acquainted with the country’s culture and navigating the city.
The apartment is on the second floor – entrance via the hall staircase. It consists of two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. One room has one double bed and one standard bed (for 3 people), the other has one double bed. Each room has an air conditioner and an old-style television. The ceilings are low and it is rather dark. An excellent budget option for those who come home just to sleep.
Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day. Cleaning is done daily, bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days.
