This art hotel with 12 rooms is advantageously located right in the center of Old Havana. The rooms are situated on the first floor (5 rooms) and the second floor (7 rooms, six of which have balconies with tables and chairs overlooking the streets of the historic center). The interior of the hotel is an exhibition of works by famous Cuban painters, architects, sculptors, and plastic artists. On the second floor, there is a lounge and reading room with books in various languages. On the third floor, there is a terrace and a restaurant with a bar. During the day, sun loungers can be placed on the terrace for sunbathing. On the first floor, the hall can be used as a dance hall for learning salsa and other Latin American dances.
All rooms feature designer renovation, high ceilings, and most have new plumbing. In 6 rooms, in addition to double family beds, there are also single standard beds to accommodate three guests. Each apartment has a split air conditioner, its own shower and toilet. Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day.
Cleaning is done daily, bed linen and towels are changed every 2 days or upon request. Hairdryer and iron are provided upon request. Soap and toilet paper are available in every apartment. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost — 5 CUC per person per day, served from 8 to 10 a.m. in the restaurant on the third floor, and is distinguished by its variety. Laundry services for personal clothing are available — 0.15 CUC per item.
