The apartment is located on the second high floor of a historic building with a corner balcony. Spacious common hall with a balcony overlooking the streets of Old Havana. The balcony has a canopy and tables with chairs. In the hall there is a dining table and a TV. There is also a small open-air patio with tropical plants and a table. High ceilings — 4.60 meters.
There are only two apartments — one of them with a balcony and a large bathroom. The rooms are cozy with their own showers and toilets, each has one large family bed and one standard single bed for three guests. The rooms also have fans, split air conditioners, minibars, mirrors, nightstands.
Hot and cold water 24 hours a day. Cleaning every day, change of bed linen and towels every other day. Breakfast for an additional fee — 5 CUC per person per day, dinner 7–10 CUC depending on the dishes. Soap and toilet paper in each apartment. Laundry services for personal clothes are provided (price depends on volume, negotiable).
The price of the apartment with a balcony all year round is $40, without a balcony — $35.
