Dear colleagues!

Hotel booking can be made on the website in the hotel price selection system by providing the travelers’ details and your email for contact. Confirmation of the booking is received within one business day (taking into account the 7‑hour time difference).

Booking of apartments, excursions, and other services in Cuba should be sent to book@harmoniatour.com. Also, in case of any changes to the booking, please send a letter to the same address with the details.

An invoice‑confirmation for payment is provided for each service.

Payment is made to the company’s bank account specified in the invoice.

Travel documents — voucher and travel information will be sent to the email address provided during booking immediately after payment is received.

The voucher “Harmonia Tour” serves as the basis for hotel (apartments, villas) check‑in; as well as the right to participate in excursions. Additionally, vouchers from Cuban state receiving companies Cubatur, Cubanacan, Gaviota tour may be sent.

The company is not responsible for checking passport validity periods and for entering incorrect traveler data.
