Private apartments — a two-room isolated flat with modern furniture and appliances. Located on the ground floor, in a quiet area away from the noisy road. There is a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. The living room and bedroom each have their own split air conditioners and plasma TVs. In the kitchen there is an old-style TV, dining table, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and a full set of dishes.
In the bedroom there is a wardrobe with mirrors, a large family bed, and a minibar (stocked with soft drinks for an additional fee). Hot and cold water is available 24 hours a day. The sofa in the living room is foldable, and the living room is separated from the bedroom by a door — thus, the apartment can accommodate three adults or two adults with a child in separate rooms. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. Breakfast is available for an additional fee — 5 CUC per person per day. The apartment price from May to October — $35.
